• Account Credentials: Username and password for registered users and Partners.
• Search & Inquiry Preferences: Property type, location, budget or price range, and desired move-in or purchase timeframe submitted through our search and pre-approval forms.
• Employment Information: General employment status, submitted voluntarily as part of our rental and buyer pre-approval forms to help match you with a suitable Partner Agent.
• Partner & Professional Information: For Partner Agents, Partner Landlords, and brokers applying to our Referral Program, we collect real estate license numbers, brokerage affiliation, and broker authorization details.

When you browse our platform, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data and technical device information, including your search history and site interactions. Our platform displays listing data sourced through IDX/MLS feeds and our network of licensed Partner Agents and Partner Landlords — not from third-party listing aggregators.

We use your contact and search information to create your account, provide search tools, route your inquiries to a licensed local Partner Agent or Partner Landlord, and manage listings.

Referral Program Processing

For Partner Agents, Partner Landlords, and brokers, we use license, brokerage, and authorization information to verify eligibility for our Referral Program and to process applications under the Referral Program Agreement.

Legal & Safety

We may share data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RRN, our users, or the public. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We analyze your preferences to provide tailored property recommendations. You may opt out of marketing emails or update your account details at any time.

Payments & Referral Fees

RRN does not currently process direct payments through the platform. There is no cost to renters, buyers, or sellers to search listings or submit an inquiry. Referral fees owed by Partner Agents and Partner Landlords under the Referral Program Agreement are settled independently, typically at closing, and are not collected through an on-site payment system. Should we introduce direct payment processing in the future, this policy will be updated to name the processor used and describe how payment data is handled.

We implement physical and electronic safeguards designed to protect your identity, search history, and account details from unauthorized access.
